Blog – Williamsburg – New York City

Williamsburg - New York City - Pablo Prat

I lived in New York some years ago. Although I lived in Manhattan, I always found time to explore the rest of the boroughs. Williamsburg is a neighborhood in Brooklyn, on the east shore of the East River. You can see here the Williamsburg bridge, looking west from the Williamsburg side. The bridge connects Brooklyn and Manhattan. Williamsburg is a nice area, filled with restaurants, shops and all kinds of cool and trendy places. I loved the views of the waterfront, with the bridge and Manhattan on the background. I drew this scene from a photo I took and gave it a vintage feel inspired in a 1967 Dodge Coronet that was parked right in front of me.
