The second drawing of the Spanish landscapes series is a scene of the old National 2 road (N-II) in Sta. Maria del CamÃ, a small village in the Panadella area, which is a steep transition between the Anoia and the Segarra regions. Here, the old road coincides with the Catalan branch of the way of St. James (starting from the monastery of Montserrat), so you can see hikers and pilgrims walking by. I used to ride with my bike over there when I lived in Igualada and stopped by the chapel you can see on the left.
